Mission of Function: To provide value added support to our client in Malaysia, provide all required services towards client and HQ, being the “voice of the customer” for the assets dedicated to the position. As part of this role, prepare business plan for related key account and reporting

Areas of Responsibility / Task
1. Selling products and services for power plants in Malaysia (YTL, TNB), negotiating offers & contracts, finalizing terms and condition.
2. Maintain proper business planning with ES SF tools available (SAEP/Salesforce.com)
3. Coordinating complex offers with head office product lines
4. Provide (strategic) input for the assets dedicated to the function (customer profile)
5. Checking and revising of contract documentation before submitting order confirmation to customers including conditions of contract, contract forms, forms of offers and tenders, schedules of prices in accordance with product lines and maintain a proper handing over to order implementation group
6. Visiting customers and key customers on a frequent basis (also abroad)
7. Selecting and utilizing countries business data, Reporting to the management on monthly basis by preparing a monthly report on those business activities
8. Determining sales opportunities for products and services of SMSB / SAG
9. Preparing and checking of enquiries/offers for/from local sub suppliers, order to sub suppliers and following up delivery and payment schedules
10. Assistance in planning of inspections, overhauls, repairs, modifications, Planning and defining business targets on a yearly basis
Essential (today and in future)
Professional -Variety of Business: engineer degree or diploma, preferably worked in at sales & marketing or project before, at least 3 years experience in sales and service activities, Capable to take responsibilities
Professional -Variety of Business: preferably worked in PG on new sales, erection, project, service and equivalent
