This is a permanent, full-time position, and excellent remuneration awaits the right candidate!
You will be responsible for:
Handling inbound calls from customers and interested parties
Assisting clients in placing purchase orders
Communicating between different divisions within the company
Effectively assist any enquiries in a timely and professional manner
We are looking for the following:
At least 1 year Customer Service expereince (call centre preferably)
Strong communication, problem solving and administration skills
Previous use or knowledge of SAP FI and BW modules is highly sought after
